About
A practice built from many rooms
For more than twenty years, I've had the privilege of guiding students — wide-eyed beginners and seasoned practitioners alike — through the ever-unfolding practice of yoga. What began as a personal search for stillness in a noisy world became a devotion, and eventually, a calling. Along the way I've trained under teachers across several lineages, logged thousands of hours on the mat, and never stopped being a student myself.
My teaching doesn't live inside a single tradition. I draw from the discipline of Pilates, the expressive freedom of dance, the quiet architecture of meditation, and the breath-driven intelligence of yoga, weaving them into classes that are as physical as they are contemplative. I believe the body isn't separate from the spirit — it's the doorway to it. Every class is built on that belief: strength paired with softness, precision paired with play, movement paired with silence.
Over the years I've taught in studios, community centers, retreats, and rooftops — anywhere people were willing to show up and breathe. I've watched students rebuild strength after injury, find calm inside anxiety, and rediscover joy in their own bodies. That transformation, again and again, is why I still teach.
My classes are rooted in alignment and intention, but they're never rigid. I want you to sweat, to laugh, to feel your heartbeat, and to leave a little more at home in yourself than when you arrived. Whether we're flowing through a dynamic vinyasa, holding a deep core sequence, moving freely to music, or sitting together in silence, the goal is the same: presence.
Yoga, for me, isn't a performance — it's a practice of coming home. I'm here to share two decades of study, discipline, and devotion with you, one breath at a time. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning after years away, there's a place for you in this practice.
